Ordering & Minimums
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- Minimums are set per pack size rather than per product. Most catalogue items start at one 1 kg bottle for evaluation, with commercial pricing beginning at 25 kg. Absolutes and high-value materials may carry a higher minimum, which is stated on the product page.
- Do I need an account to request pricing?
- No. You can build a quote cart and submit a request for quotation as a guest. An account is useful if you order repeatedly, because it keeps your quotes, orders and documentation in one place.
- How quickly will I get a response?
- Enquiries are answered within one business day. Every enquiry reaches a named account manager rather than a shared inbox, so you deal with the same person through the order.
- What are your payment terms?
- First orders are typically 30% advance with the balance against shipping documents. Established customers may be offered credit terms following a commercial review. Terms are confirmed on your quotation.
Quality & Documentation
- What documentation ships with an order?
- Every consignment includes a batch-specific certificate of analysis and a safety data sheet. GC-MS reports are supplied as standard for essential oils. Allergen declarations, organic certificates and certificates of origin are provided where applicable.
- How do you guarantee the oil is not adulterated?
- Every essential oil batch is profiled by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. A genuine oil shows a characteristic ratio of constituents that adulteration disturbs — an oil enriched with synthetic menthol, for example, shows a ratio no plant produces. We retain the chromatogram and a physical sample of every batch.
- Can I get a sample before ordering?
- Yes. Evaluation samples of standard catalogue items are generally supplied free of charge with freight chargeable. Samples ship with the batch certificate of analysis, so what you test is documented.
- Are your products certified organic?
- Our organic range holds USDA Organic certification with segregated handling and separate documentation through the chain. Conventional and organic material never share a production run.
Shipping & Export
- Which countries do you ship to?
- We ship to over forty countries by sea, air and road. Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate where required — is prepared alongside production.
- What are your lead times?
- Material held in stock typically ships within three to five working days. Production against order runs two to four weeks depending on volume and extraction method. Your quotation states the lead time for your specific requirement.
- Which Incoterms do you quote on?
- We quote EXW, FOB and CIF as standard, and can accommodate other terms on request. The Incoterm determines where cost and risk transfer, so it is agreed at quotation stage rather than after.
Products
- What packaging sizes are available?
- From 1 kg aluminium bottles for evaluation, through 5 kg bottles and 25 kg HDPE carboys, to 180–200 kg drums for production volumes. Bulk tanker quantities are available for high-volume commodity lines.
- Can you produce a custom blend?
- Yes. Our formulation team develops bespoke blends, specified dilutions and target concentration profiles against your brief. We produce pilot batches for your approval before scaling to production, and formulations developed for you remain exclusive to you.
- Do you offer private labelling?
- We bottle, label and pack finished goods ready for third-party retail under your brand. You supply artwork and specification; we handle filling, labelling, secondary packaging and regulatory label compliance.
