Sample Request Policy

We supply evaluation samples so you can assess material before committing to volume.

Who can request

Samples are supplied to businesses evaluating commercial supply. Please request from a company email address and tell us the intended application and expected volume — it helps us send the right grade.

Sample sizes

Standard evaluation sizes are 10 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml depending on the product. Larger pilot quantities are available where you need to run a production trial, and are quoted separately.

Cost

First evaluation samples of standard catalogue items are generally supplied free of charge; freight is chargeable. High-value materials such as absolutes may be charged at cost, credited against a subsequent order.

Documentation

Samples ship with the batch certificate of analysis, so what you test is documented.

What we ask

Sample material is drawn from production batches. We ask that it is used for evaluation rather than resale, and that you come back to us with the outcome — including a negative one, which tells us what to send next time.
