Track Your Shipment

Tracking a consignment

Your dispatch notification email contains the carrier name and the airway bill or bill of lading number. Tracking is available directly from the carrier using that reference.

If you do not have the reference

Contact our wholesale desk with your order or invoice number and we will supply the tracking details.

Export consignments

Sea freight consignments are tracked by bill of lading through the carrier or your nominated freight forwarder. We supply the full document set on dispatch.

Delays

If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us — we chase the carrier on your behalf rather than asking you to.

Live in-page tracking is planned. Until then, please use the carrier reference from your dispatch notification.
