Shipping Policy
Last updated 24 October 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how IndoOils packs, ships and delivers your order, how long it takes and what it costs. It applies to bulk (B2B) orders and to orders from our private online store, which is open only to customers we invite.
In short
- In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after your bank transfer is received (or your order is confirmed, for credit customers).
- Delivery within India usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Every pack is sealed, labelled with its batch number and sent with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
- You get a tracking link by email or WhatsApp, and you can also track on our Track Shipping page.
- Please check your goods on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Where we ship
Within India: we deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Orders from our private online store are delivered within India only.
Outside India: we export bulk orders worldwide by sea and air. Please send a bulk inquiry with your destination country and port for a quote.
Packaging
- Bulk oils are packed in food-grade aluminium bottles and containers. Our standard pack sizes are 20 kg and 50 kg. Other sizes are available on request.
- Every container is sealed and labelled with the product name, batch number, net weight and dates of manufacture and best before.
- Small packs from our private online store are packed in sealed bottles with protective cushioning.
- Products classed as flammable or dangerous goods are packed and labelled according to transport rules. This can decide which carrier and route we use.
Dispatch time
- Bulk orders, in stock: dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after your bank transfer reaches our account, or after we confirm your order if you have agreed credit terms.
- Private online store orders: dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after your online payment succeeds.
- Large, made-to-order, private-label or custom orders: the dispatch date is given on your quotation or order confirmation.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders confirmed after 3:00 pm IST are processed from the next working day.
If your order will take longer than expected, we will tell you the new date as soon as we know.
Delivery time within India
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities and nearby areas: 2 to 4 working days.
- Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days.
- North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, islands and remote areas: 7 to 12 working days.
These times are estimates from our courier and transport partners. They can be longer during festivals, bad weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
Shipping partners
We ship with Delhivery and other trusted courier and road-transport partners. Large bulk orders may travel by surface freight (truck). You can also collect your order from our facility by arrangement.
Shipping charges
- Bulk orders: freight is either included in your quoted rate or shown separately on your quotation, so you know the full cost before you confirm.
- Private online store orders: the shipping charge is calculated at checkout from your PIN code and the weight of your order, and shown before you pay.
- GST applies to shipping charges as per law.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we send the courier name and tracking number (AWB) by email and, where possible, WhatsApp. You can track it on our Track Shipping page or on the courier's website.
Documents with your order
Every order comes with a GST tax invoice and the CoA for each batch. A Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) are available on request or from our Downloads page.
Export shipments also include a commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate where required.
Export orders
- We ship by sea and air on the Incoterm agreed in your quotation. Common terms are EXW (you collect from our facility), FOB (we deliver to the port of loading in India) and CIF (we pay freight and insurance to your named port).
- The Incoterm decides when the cost and risk of the goods passes to you.
- Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in your country are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
- Export transit times depend on the route and are given with your quotation.
Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods.
- Before signing for delivery, check that the number of packages is correct and that seals are not broken.
- If a package is damaged, leaking or opened, write this on the delivery receipt, take photos and, if possible, record a video while opening it.
- Report any damage, leakage, shortage or wrong product to us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@indooils.com or on WhatsApp +91 98990 04939. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your delivery address, PIN code and phone number carefully. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong, nobody is available after the courier's attempts, or the delivery is refused, the shipment returns to us. We can send it again once the extra freight is paid. If you would rather cancel, we refund the order amount minus the freight charges for both directions.
