Who we are
IndoOils Naturals Private Limited is the company responsible for your personal information collected through this website.
www.indooils.com is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Companies use it to explore our products, download documents, request quotes and samples, and place bulk orders. We also run a private online store for selected customers, which can be opened only through a personal invitation from us.
Registered address: B804, Galaxy Vega, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India. GSTIN: 09AAJCI1122P1ZB.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a quote or ask for a sample: your name, company name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, state, country, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message.
When you create an account or place an order: the details above, plus your billing and delivery addresses, GSTIN (if you give it) and your order history. Your password is stored only in an encrypted (hashed) form that nobody, including our staff, can read.
When you pay for a bulk order: bulk orders are paid by bank transfer. We record the amount, date and bank reference of your payment so that we can match it to your invoice.
When we invite you to our private online store: your name, email and phone number, which we use to create your personal access link. When you pay in the store, Razorpay collects your payment details directly. We receive only the payment reference, the amount and whether the payment succeeded.
When you chat with us on the website: the messages you type and any contact details you choose to share.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
Automatically, when you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived at our site. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health records, Aadhaar numbers or bank passwords, and we ask you not to send them to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you quotations, samples and product documents (CoA, TDS, SDS).
- To process, pack, ship, invoice and track your orders.
- To meet our legal duties, including GST invoicing and record-keeping.
- To provide customer support, including through our website chat.
- To send product updates and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To protect the website and our customers against fraud, spam and misuse.
- To improve our website, products and service.
Business contacts
IndoOils sells mainly to businesses. We may contact companies about our products using business contact details that they have published themselves, such as on their website or a trade directory. Every such email lets you opt out, and if you ask us to stop we will not contact you again.
Website chat
Our chat assistant may use an artificial-intelligence service (Google Gemini) to suggest answers to your questions. Your chat messages are sent to that service only to produce a reply. Please do not share payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. If you need to speak to a person, ask in the chat or email sales@indooils.com.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, signing in and checkout may not work.
